PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Purchase Order
(for qualified customers) through this online store. We also
accept American Express over the phone or email.
PURCHASE ORDERS
To register your daycare with us, please click here for the link to our online application for you to fill out, print and fax to our offices. You can also email the form once you are finished filling it out by attaching it to an email sent to info@heathersupplies.com.
SHIPPING
Please Note: Shipping
is not calculated on this web site, but once an order is placed,
we will calculate the cost and email or phone a confirmation
of shipping before any order is processed. Shipping on select
items can take up to six (6) weeks from time of order placed.
Canada: Heather Child
Care Supplies Ltd. uses CanPar for its Canadian Shipments.
Shipping is free within the Greater Toronto Area.
USA: Heather Child Care
Supplies Ltd. uses Fedex Ground for its U.S. Shipments.
International: Shipping
internationally is handled on an order by order basis. Heather
Child Care Supplies uses FedEx for its international shipping
needs.
RETURNS
All returns must be
accompanied by a packing slip and marked with a Return Authorization
Number available from Heather Child Care Supplies. Please
email us or
phone us at 1-800-268-5661 and we will provide this number.
Please include details as to the reason for return. A restocking
fee may be applied on certain orders. Some conditions apply.
DAMAGES
Shortages or damaged
merchandise must be reported within 7 days of your shipment
being received. Goods damaged in transit must be reported
to the carrier immediately. Save all original shipping cartons,
packing material and damaged items until they have been inspected
or your claim has been settled.
